Menu Example 1
- Starter: Crispy mushroom tempura with spicy aioli, wild rocket and micro greens salad, goat cheese & acceto balsamic crème
- Main dish: Slowly cooked de-boned lamb shoulder with aromatic herbs, green beans puree, ratatouille quenelle and “jus”
- Dessert: Carob apple cake with chocolate crunch and vanilla ice cream

- Starter: Local Adriatic scampi carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil, honey, lemon, mandarine and grapefruit juice emulsion
- Main dish: Poached filleted wild adriatic sea bass with onions, black olives & white wine, cherry tomatoes comfit & cauliflower puree
- Dessert: Chocolate, coffee & cardamom cake
